No dreams to report today. Thankfully.
The weather has warmed up, and evidently that means that I start feeling some serious wanderlust; I'd actually like to go anywhere, but I don't have anywhere else to go. I briefly considered going to visit my brother at Duke, but that's sort of further than I care to travel without the benefit of cruise control. Ditto for my cousins in Rochester, NY. Plus it would be rather short notice. I could go to Chicago (or Toronto -- BTW, I applied for a job as a science librarian in Toronto. I used three $0.37 stamps to send it, because I have no idea what the postal rate would be), but I don't particularly want to go alone. If it was later in the year, I would probably go to the Stratford Festival in Ontario -- my restlessness is that bad. I'm feeling really antsy, and am seriously considering going to Indiana for the weekend with my dog. I know this sounds about as exciting to most of you as watching grass die of dehydration, but I just honestly want to be out of the area, away from my folks (I love them, but being around them is a little wearing right now), friends, and out of the house, able to just relax and read and watch movies and write without the distraction of the computer. Well, I would take my lap-top, but there wouldn't be internet. I don't know, I guess I'll see what I decide to do.
