Better Living Through Show Tunes*

It has always been my contention that it would be a better place if, at moments of heightened emotion, people would just spontaneously break out into showtunes. This suggests that maybe I was right!

There are few things funnier than jazz hands. Unfortunately, I need to update my reperatory of showtunes; I know some Cole Porter and Noel Coward tunes, but I somehow doubt that singing "Mad Dogs & Englishmen" would have been really effective. I need to brush up on my Rodgers & Hammerstein/Hart.

Also, a film of Oedipus performed by produce. Finally, we have something to counteract those insipid Veggie Tales!

*with apologies to Bob Moore.
