According to my sources, Arrested Development has been renewed for a full 22 episodes next season. This, after the number of episodes this season was truncated to make way for the return of *cough* Family Guy. I assumed that AD would just join all those other Fox shows (Firefly, Wonderfalls, The Tick) to suffer an ignoble end. Glad to learn I was wrong: it's a good show.

Ditto here. I also like that the woman who plays Kitty "Say Goodbye To These" Sanchez went to my high school while I was there, and was in the Creative and Performing Arts Program. I don't remember her (I was in the visual arts program, and we had at best an adverserial relationship with the performance people), but friends from high school (including Julie) remember her. I like that in the last episode, she was playing opposite David Cross, who I also think is very funny.

Cool. Brushes with fame!

Speaking of good tv shows that were cancelled: "Life as we know it" was brillant. But i guess too real for the red states.

What was that name of that fox show that had db sweeney in it? There was this coffee shop and i think he saw dead people kinda deal. Ring any bells? That was a good show, but alas was cancelled.

cheers mate!
