...and they say that we are trying to recruit people! This news is from a week ago, but I still think that it is worth mentioning. I find it oddly empowering (albeit extraordinarily offensive) that they were trying to use homosexuality as a weapon of war. Because, you know, if I suddenly found myself on the field of battle, I would immediately drop my drawers and start chasing around the tightest ass I could find. Really.
There's also an interview with Los Bros Hernandez in The Onion's A.V. Club this week, which should be worth checking out.
Spoke with my mom tonight, and she's still doing well. Still loopy as all get-out, too.

Yeah, that story is inexplicably - not odd, or weird, but - what is the right word, if you're not surprised at some example of human idiocy? I can't seem to view the pdf report itself at the moment. That would be interesting. I'll have to ask my brother in the AF if he's heard about it.

I was able to view the pdf yesterday, so it should still be posted. It's just such a strange idea, like something out of a magical realism novel, or something. Like the government decided to cut out the middle man, and just satirize itself.
